This session is case-based about challenging pessary scenarios: fitting, maintenance, management of complications, and the geriatric pessary patient. We discuss pessary fitting/refitting decision-making algorithm, tips and tricks and review of current literature for in-office pessary maintenance time intervals, exam components, management of pessary complications and treatment recommendations.
