He is very informative and this is certainly a weak point in my practice as the MD in the office usually always handles the prostate cancer. I will certainly have to review this several times to have it sink in better. :/

What are great resources for Urology? Favorite text references? Favorite online sites?

We are discussing bonus structure/formula for our NPs in our office and hoping to better reward the NPs for their productivity in the near future. I’m interested in hearing if anyone receives a bi-annual or annual bonus and how it is calculated. 

Since we were thrown into the virtual world of conferences due to COVID-19, do you want SUNA to continue to provide virtual conferences in the future? 

Would love to hear from other DNPs in Urology about gaps in practice noted, recommended project ideas that are measurable, any insight on projects without causing a nervous breakdown (lol). Just looking for support....

What are some urologic procedures APPs are allowed to perform at your facility?
