This presentation covers mechanisms of adult neurogenic bladder as well as management for patients with multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, and spinal cord injury. At the end of this presentation, advance practice providers will know what diagnostic tests should be ordered during evaluation and possible concerning findings. Pertinent medication therapy and surgical treatments are also be discussed.
