The development, application, and results of a narcotic-free enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocol specific for our ambulatory surgery center performing robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomies (RALP) is discussed. Narcotic-free options for other urological procedures is discussed as well.
