Genitourinary cancer care is complex and requires standardization of procedures, including operative and perioperative interventions. This presentation reviews how one team created standardized preoperative education for renal and bladder cancer patients. Review of the operative, hospital, and post-operative care and education, including alignment of pain management, discharge medications, and mobilization standards.
