Looking at evaluation and management codes for 2021, many changes have and will happen. This presentation reviews these changes to ensure you have a complete understanding of these codes, how to apply them appropriately and adhere to documentation guidelines. Telehealth services went through many changes during COVID-19. The temporary changes may now be gone, so we have to be sure we are using the correct codes to avoid incorrect billing practices.
