Jillian Sulley MBA, CEM

Jillian Sulley has served as a Certified Emergency Manager for nearly 20 years in public and private industry. Currently employed by an oil and gas company in Oklahoma City, Jillian leads efforts to prepare for, respond to, and recover from physical and cyber security threats to our nation’s critical infrastructure. Jillian has led and assisted response to numerous weather-related disasters, epidemiological investigations, a mass-shooting, mass-sheltering operations, well control incidents, explosions, and several building facility incidents. Jillian holds a masters’ degree in business administration and a bachelors’ degree in marketing. As a dual cornea transplant recipient, Jillian is proud to advocate for Life Share of Oklahoma as a member of the agency’s speaker bureau and encourages all to become an organ, eye, and tissue donor. Jillian’s self-care journey began out of necessity as triggers from previous incidents began to creep into everyday life. As a result of this journey, Jillian has pledged to help others in similar professions, to understand the importance of caring for self and how ‘Squeezing the Day’ can allow you harvest your own zest for life.
