Hillary Risk MSN, BSN RN, FNP-C

Hillary Risk is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in practice as since 2016. Over her career she has worked in Adult Urology and Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Hillary joined the Riley Pediatric Urology team in 2017 and has special interest in the care and management of the adult transition patient population. She has been working in the Riley Adult Transitional Clinic since 2017.

Hillary’s presentation will focus on transitional care for our pediatric population into adult care. This unique group of patients are high risk with multiple comorbidities with decreased access to healthcare contributing to decreased compliance. Transitional adult care has proven to decrease preventable complications as these patients continue to age into adulthood.
