Vaginal estrogen is the most effective treatment for symptoms of vaginal atrophy by improving vaginal pH and flora, increasing vaginal tissue thickness and moisture and improving vaginal blood flow. This lecture will help you identify those patients most likely to benefit from vaginal estrogen.
