Testicular, scrotal and groin pain are common presenting symptoms in men. The incidence of chronic testicular and groin pain can be high as 100,000 men. It can be both acute and chronic in onset. The anatomy and embryology of the testicles and the most common causes of testicular pain with a focus on chronic etiologies will be presented. An algorithm for diagnosis and management options are reviewed. Medical and surgical management including robotic microsurgical procedures and tools such as targeted denervation of the spermatic cord, vasovasostomy, vasoepididymostomy and varicocelectomy are also covered.
