Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) secondary to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) in the aging male can be progressive and is an important diagnosis. AUA revised guidelines for the surgical management of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms attributed to benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in 2019. This presentation reviews the minor surgical procedures including Prostatic Urethral Life (PUL), Water Vapor Thermal Therapy and Transurethral Microwave Therapy (TUMT).
