Fatigue is an often ignored or undertreated complication of prostate cancer. Most, if not all, patients have received some form of therapy that will severely diminish testosterone, resulting in the presence of fatigue. With this complication comes loss of energy, muscle mass, and increased risk for bone injuries and/or other comorbidities. This lecture investigates available treatment options from a medical and holistic approach in the treatment of fatigue in prostate cancer survivors.
