Using evidence review, case presentations, and small group break-out sessions, select pelvic floor pathologies including pelvic floor tension myalgia, vulvar dermatoses, pelvic organ prolapse, and female sexual dysfunction are addressed. A review of related anatomy and physiology, pharmacologic treatments, and clinical skills including pessary management, trigger point injections, and female sexual dysfunction evaluation and treatment are also presented. Explain management strategies for 3 common types of vulvar dermatoses. 10. Demonstrate assessment of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. 11. Describe considerations of pessary selection and follow-up. 12. Demonstrate pessary fitting.
