Description

Urodynamics in a Urogynecology/Female Urology practice are focused on urinary incontinence often in the presence of, or related to pelvic organ prolapse and voiding dysfunction related to prolapse, prior surgical procedures, and other pelvic floor disorders. The focus of this discussion is on the specifics of performing urodynamic studies on women with pelvic floor disorders including reducing prolapse, performing urethral pressure profiles, and interpreting results. Using case studies, we will explore how to counsel women on therapeutic treatment options based on urodynamic findings.
