Description

The pathology and treatment options for patients with complex urologic conditions will be presented. Appendicovesicostomy, vesicostomy, ileal conduit and ureterosomy will be delineated with the preoperative and postoperative anatomic variations. The individual case studies with the decision tree that resulted in a continent outcome will be outlined. The challenge of adapting appliances and the supplies needed to meet the pediatric patients’ unique anatomy will be included.
