This preconference focuses on age related changes to the urology system from birth through maturity. Patient centered case studies in pediatric; adult and geriatric patients are utilized to explore the anatomy and the physiologic changes that occur throughout the lifetime. High incidence disease conditions that threaten the functioning of this system are delineated. Age specific case studies are presented to highlight the assessment; management and treatment of this pathology. From circumcision dissatisfaction and labial adhesions to post-menopausal atrophy and prostate issues are explored with current treatment modalities. Preventative recommendations are ncluded where applicable along with new developments in the care of these populations.
