Childhood sexual abuse (CSA) is a situation far more prevalent than most people realize. It crosses all socio-economic lines and has significant implications for pediatric urological conditions. CSA - definitions, conditions seen related to CSA in pediatrics and how these victims carry these urological problems into adulthood - will be discussed via case studies.
