Genetic testing is helping to guide treatment and identify high risk familial genetic traits to help identify appropriate screening for family members. This presentation covers these topics and new breakthroughs.

Both Electrical Stimulation (E-stim), vaginal and anal, and percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) are discussed. Use of E-stim for urinary and fecal incontinence, urinary retention, constipation, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction are explored. Indications, contraindications, and evidence are presented from literature review. Different types of PTNS are explored and discussed (Labori, Medtronic vs. generic TENS).
