With over 25 years of experience, Tamara Dickinson is a recognized authority in incontinence, dysfunctional elimination, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is experienced in pelvic floor therapy, including biofeedback, neurogenic voiding dysfunction, and other pelvic floor and continence therapies. She is board certified in urology nursing and continence nursing and is a frequent national and international presenter and author on these topics. Tamara graduated from the University of South Alabama with a master’s degree in nursing. She currently serves as an adult-geriatric nurse practitioner in the Department of Radiation Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where her focus is on symptom management for prostate cancer patients during and after treatment, as well as follow-up to survivorship and long-term patient concerns.
