Life over the past two years has played out like a movie script with numerous twists to the plot keeping us on the edge of our seats. We have experienced extreme highs and lows and let’s face it…we are exhausted and ready for this movie to end. Those serving in caregiving and first responder type professions often compartmentalize stressful events and do not take the time to care for the person that is caring for everyone else. Now more than ever, we must care for ourselves so that we can continue to care for others. This discussion shares self-care discovery and provides tactical actions that you can take today to begin your own care journey.
