This session involves a short presentation on the mechanics of both initiating and conducting a family discussion about an elderly family member’s goals of care. Session participants also engage in practicing goals of care discussions with standardized patients.

Requirements for Successful Completion:
Complete the learning activity in its entirety and complete the online CNE evaluation.

You will be able to print your CNE certificate at any time after you complete the evaluation.
