The cysto room is a dreaded assignment by most surgical staff. Have you been assigned to cysto or another urology surgery case, looked at the list of instruments and supplies needed for the case, and wondered what they are or how they work? Then this course is designed for you. Different instrumentation and other items are discussed, including their names, purposes, types of surgeries they are used for, and special care involved. It will be a great opportunity for those new to cysto/urology as well as for those who rarely get involved in the surgical aspects of urology to gain better knowledge and comfort in using these items.
Contact hours available until 11/7/18.
