A "Collective Sense of Humor" and "Personality" can evolve in a professional environment or professional relationships. These idiosyncrasies can be positive and healthy or dysfunctional and unhealthy. Understanding and shaping these behaviors is important in establishing and maintaining a healthy professional environment and relationships. Humor becomes a reflection of the collective mind and soul of these professionals.
