Why am I not getting reimbursed for UD’s? Correctly linking the interpretation of UD studies to the correct diagnoses, coding and documentation can be a challenge and can directly impact reimbursement. Correct coding and accurate and complete documentation is important for both reimbursement and subsequent treatment. Frequently used CPT and ICD codes along with the current ICS terminology and key documentation needed are discussed. Graphs, coding and sample documentation will be utilized to make this an interactive session.
