This lecture includes a comprehensive review of posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) as a treatment of refractory OAB (ROAB), presents evidence-based outcomes, and details the steps for successful implementation of PTNS in clinical practice. Techniques for performing this procedure are outlined.
