120 - Keynote Address: Urologic Pelvic Floor Issues and Surgery in Sub-Saharan Africa

Urologists from William Beaumont Hospital have traveled to Sub-Saharan Africa for the last 5 years. The variety and severity of urologic problems, equipment, personnel, post operative care, and follow up are presented. Emphasis on vesico-vaginal fistula pathogenesis and repair are presented. This is an entertaining discussion of interest to urology practitioners.
