Occasionally men have urinary incontinence after prostate surgery. Some of the innovative products developed; like transurethral bulking agents; artificial sphincters; and male slings; will be reviewed. Information is presented pertaining to patient selection; indications; and contraindications. The surgical process for male advance sling is reviewed; including procedural intraoperative sequence and routine post operative care.
