About Us

Lance started InTouch Med Supply with a mission to put customers first. He worked in health care for over sixteen years specializing in men’s and women’s health that taught him the importance of great customer service, patient advocacy and the impact of having high-quality healthcare options.

It was the fall of 2016. Lance was recently married and his wife and him were expecting their first child. Late one Saturday night, Lance was rushed to the emergency room. A few weeks later, he received a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. With the support of his family, friends, and clinicians he continued to overcome these medical challenges. Unless he told you, it is unlikely you would ever know of his diagnosis. Having spent his entire career in specialty health care, he knew his prior experience would allow him to create a company that would provide seamless referral solutions and product ordering that is easy for the patient, the provider and their staff.
