Tammy Clamann BSN, RN, LEND, FAUNA

Tammy is currently the Urology Procedures Nurse for Virginia Women’s Center in Richmond, Virginia and has been for 11 years. Prior to this position she has worked as the Office Urodynamics and Biofeedback Nurse for Children’s Urology of Virginia, an Office and Urodynamics Nurse for Virginia Urology Center and a Primary Nurse at Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Hospital. Tammy has been a content expert for the VCU Pharmacy Interprofessional Incontinence Lab for the last two years after presenting to the LGBTQIA+ student group about stress-induced dysfunctional elimination and catheters. She has presented to the VDOE Summer Institute 2017-2020 for Continence in Children with Special Needs and The Cath Lab. Tammy received her Leadership Education for Neurodiversity post-Baccalaureate degree in 2017. Her final project was a co-work with another mother of an autistic son on “Educational Transition for High Functioning Autism” which was chosen to become a building block by Richmond area colleges and universities forum to expand their Neurodiverse Education programs for young adults on the autism spectrum and was selected to be presented in the 2017 “Peds at the Beach” Seminar.
