Dr. Sparks is originally from Texas and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. He later completed his medical training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Following medical school he completed his internship in General Surgery and residency in Urology at West Virginia University. He is currently furthering his training in San Diego where he is doing a fellowship in Pediatric Urology.
