Mary Conklin
Mary Conklin, BSN, RN, CRRN, is a dedicated and experienced registered nurse with a passion for patient-centered care. She began her nursing career in 1983, working various capacities before taking a 20-year hiatus to raise her family. In 2011, she reentered the nursing field, focusing on rehabilitation nursing, a role she held until the COVID-19 pandemic prompted the transformation of her Rehabilitation Unit into a medical-surgical unit. Currently employed at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, Mary works on a medical-surgical orthopedic and urological floor, where she continues to prioritize comprehensive patient, family, and community care with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation during and after hospitalization. Her commitment to the profession is reinforced by her certification in Rehabilitation Nursing, emphasizing her expertise and dedication to improving patient outcomes.
