Dr. Lisa Pair is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing in Birmingham, AL .She is a women’s health nurse practitioner since 1992. She has worked for the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Department of Female Pelvic Medicine and Urogynecology for over 20 years as a nurse practitioner caring for women with pelvic floor disorders and urinary dysfunction. She has also participated as a research NP for over 20 NIH funded research studies related to women and pelvic floor disorders. She currently teaches at the UAB School of Nursing Doctoral program and has a faculty practice providing care to women. She serves on the publication, conference planning, and FAUNA committees with SUNA.
