Kelley is the Clinical Coordinator of the Children's Continence Center in Pediatric Urology at James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children. As the Continence Center Coordinator, Kelley coordinates a pediatric urology clinical practice for the nurse practitioner who sees approximately 3,600 outpatients per year. She also coordinates urodynamics, neuromuscular re-education, in-office cystoscopies, Whitaker flow studies, and EMG/Flowrates totalling approximately 1,300 procedures performed per year. She has worked in an administrative role in pediatric urology and pediatric nephrology for a combined total of seven years, working with insurance, scheduling and billing as it pertains to outpatient procedures and nurse practitioners. She has an educational background in law as a paralegal thus providing a unique legal perspective toward medicine, compliance, and building a mid-level provider practice.
