Joseph Chang MD

Dr. Joseph Chang is the associate chief medical officer for outpatient and ambulatory services at Parkland Health and Hospital System and a member of the obstetrics and gynecology faculty at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Chang received his undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a doctor of medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Chang is responsible for the medical oversight of Parkland's outpatient clinic operations to include specialty and primary care services including outpatient specialty clinics, community oriented primary care clinics, youth and family centers, HOMES program, correctional health and occupational health. His clinical interests and expertise are focused on gynecology surgery.
