Dr. Firdaus Saleh is a clinical pharmacist who received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Pharmacy in 2005. She went on to complete a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center in 2006. In 2007 Dr. Saleh received her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy. She worked at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois as a Patient Care Pharmacist, specializing in Cardiology until April of this year.
