Erika Poderis DNP, FNP-BC

Dr. Erika Poderis has spent the last year and a half practicing with Virtua Female Pelvic Medicine in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where she treats a variety of patients with pelvic health conditions, including Interstitial Cystitis and pelvic pain. She has a passion for women’s health and has spent the last 6 years honing her craft. She completed her nursing degree in 2010 and was accepted into Florida Atlantic University where she completed her master’s in nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees simultaneously. During her studies, she spent time in Guatemala offering pelvic exams and routine gynecological testing to patients in underserved areas. She was first exposed to urology and women’s health during her six years as an OR circulating nurse where she gained valuable skills in the operating room as well as caring for patients in outpatient surgical centers. In 2016, she accepted her first position as a nurse practitioner at an all-female urology practice in Wellington, Florida, where she spent five years practicing before moving to the northeast.
